Background

Ms. Dickerson is a graduate of Emory University (B.A., 1979) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1983). She has over twenty (20) years experience in a civil practice with a focus on representation of claimants in unemployment appeals.   She has served as state-wide trainer for Georgia's legal services and legal aid attorneys and paralegals in the field of unemployment compensation for past 16 years.  She has provided comments and testimony on proposed Department of Labor legislation and regulations during the same period.
